Breakfast at APS

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The meal is often missed in the morning rush. We at Arwachin take the maximum care to provide a healthy nutritious breakfast to children to give a right start to the day. Research proves that children who eat breakfast are more energetic, alert, attentive and perform better in school, compared to others who skip breakfast and are restless. A good breakfast sets the tone for the rest of the day. It also helps to meet the nutritional needs of growing children, maintain healthy weights and healthy life.

Lunch

A good lunch combines food so as to provide a third of day’s requirement of vitamins, minerals, fat, carbohydrates and proteins as needed by the body. A healthy combination of foods helps the body to feel better and perform the best. We provide a balanced lunch to children providing nutrients that give endless energy and prevent the afternoon slump and hence help in improving the overall performance of children.

Evening Snacks


A healthy evening snack helps in preventing binge eating and junk food eating habits of the child. The long gap between the lunch and final school bell often makes the child feel hungry. A healthy snack with vital nutrients curbs the hunger and prevents the binge eating habit at home. At Arwachin we take care to provide a healthy snack, rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre for a healthy body.
